This class will focus on stretch and strength for dance training. Focus will be on stretching and elongating the muscles, upper/lower body strength, and stamina needed for dance. This class is recommended to dancers 7+ looking to further their dance training. It is recommended that students be enrolled in a additional class to Stretch and Strength. This class does not participate in the recital so that the class can use the entire year for progressing technical training.
